HOW WE WORK Initial Visit We'll spend as much time as necessary
to determine your needs. We'll get a good idea of your cabinetry parameters (wood, doorstyle and finish) along with any peripherals
(counter-tops, flooring, lighting, structural, etc.) that you may want in your project. We
can then provide an approximate cost. If it fits your price range, we can do some business together! Finally, we dimension-out the area and take images in order to generate a computer design based on what
we've discussed. Follow-Up Visit (Depending on workload, this is usually between 6-8 business days) We'll take you through your new kitchen design on a laptop, showing you all the details and dimensions.
We'll also have it fully priced out within your price range. Our consultation and design work is totally
free to this point, but you will not be provided copies of the plans and images without a standard design agreement. Moving Forward If you like our initial designs, we can start working on modifications together. Like anyone else
in our business, we'll ask for a design agreement to retain our services. (If you were up for murder charges would you
want the free attorney or the one that charges $400.00/hr?) The difference is that ours is simple...we
only ask for $500.00 and it's TOTALLY REFUNDABLE if
we do your project. Some companies charge more than twice that amount and keep it whether you do your project with them,
or not! Once
we have a design agreement in place, you'll be provided with the plans and images we originally presented. We'll then
modify that design based on your feedback from our discussions. We will furnish you with new plans/images (including
any changes in pricing) for each revision. We do this via email for expedience, but will meet with you again personally,
if you'd like. Contract When you're
satisfied with the design and we've agreed to go ahead, the final plans will become part of the contract and you'll have a
complete set, so there are no mistakes. Brigitte and I look forward to working
